Project Overview
The customer requested the development of an ultra-thin hardware crypto wallet capable of securely storing cryptocurrency and payment credentials in a form factor comparable to a standard bank card.
The device combines secure key storage, wireless connectivity, rechargeable battery power, and a Linux-based application processor in a 3.5 mm thick enclosure.
ATEH.tech was responsible for the complete hardware development, including electronics, PCB layout, embedded Linux, firmware, mechanical design, and prototype manufacturing.

Designing a complete embedded Linux platform within the dimensions of a standard bank card (85 × 54 mm) and the total thickness below 3.5 mm.

Achieving 2–4 weeks of operation on a rechargeable battery through aggressive power optimization and low-power hardware architecture.

Protecting private keys using dedicated secure microcontrollers with isolated secure storage and no direct external memory access.
